Transferring your website hosting to NEBS
Step 1 - Download your files
You will need to have a complete backup copy of all your website files on your computer. This will enable you to transfer your files to the NEBS servers. If you've already cancelled your service with your current provider, and do not have a copy of your website files, please request a copy from the provider.
Step 2 - Select a NEBS hosting plan
Whether you are transferring a simple one-page website or a large database-driven one, NEBS has a full suite of hosting plans that will fit your requirements.
Step 3 - Purchase our service and transfer your domain name
Place your order online or through one of our sales support specialists at 1 866 772 6327. If you choose the online option, you'll be prompted to transfer your domain name. All you have to do is provide your current website address.
Step 4 - Upload your files
When you sign up for one of our hosting plans, your account will be set-up within minutes. As soon as your account is activated, you may upload your files to our servers via FTP or the NEBS WebsiteOS (Hosting control panel).

After your domain name transfer is approved, it takes between 24 and 48 hours for your domain name to be transferred. Once your domain name points to our servers, your customers will be able to access your website.

Step 5 - Cancel your old hosting plan
After you complete the previous four steps, cancel your service with your current service provider if you haven't already done so.
