NEBS Canada has formed a partnership program with HR.com to provide Canadian small- and medium-sized businesses comprehensive access to valuable human resources.
NEBS recently surveyed customers to understand how small and medium businesses feel about managing the people side of their businesses, their human resources. It became very clear, with over 88% of responders, that small and medium sized business owners desire access to Human Resources information and advice.
Partnership to give you an HR Department
NEBS recognizes that happy employees are productive employees, they are the glue that binds a business. Most businesses will have issues regarding with people management, such as best practices for hiring and firing, current legislations, conducting performance reviews and developing leadership.
In May 2009, NEBS Canada formed a partnership program with HR.com. The partnership offers Canadian small- and medium-sized businesses comprehensive access to valuable human resources services usually only available to larger companies.
